REQUIREMENTS FOR VIP BUYERS

  • Operating in nonwoven-related sectors such as:
  • Raw materials, machinery, nonwoven products (nonwoven bags, cotton pads, masks, wet wipes, diapers, medical, agricultural, geotextile products, etc.)
  • Having actual purchasing demand in the nonwoven and hygiene industries
  • Being a decision-maker within the company
  • Suitable for matchmaking with at least 03 exhibitors

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Only 01 VIP Buyer sponsorship per company
  • VIP Buyers must attend a minimum of 03 B2B meetings
  • Full compliance with the schedule arranged by the Organizer
  • Complete and accurate information must be provided for hotel booking

CANCELLATION & REPLACEMENT

  • VIP Buyer invitations are non-transferable
  • Replacements must be from the same company and approved by the Organizer
  • In case of cancellation, buyers are responsible for any incurred costs (if any)
  • The Organizer reserves the right to adjust or withdraw benefits when necessary for the overall interests of the Exhibition
